Column subsets

gaia_dr3_lite.parquet keeps:
  source_id, ra, dec, parallax, parallax_error, pmra, pmdec,
  phot_g_mean_mag, phot_bp_mean_mag, phot_rp_mean_mag,
  bp_rp, astrometric_excess_noise, ruwe, l, b
This subset is what most cross-match pipelines need; the full source
table is 24x larger but most of the extra columns are diagnostic.

Format notes
------------
The parquet files use snappy compression and pyarrow-written schemas.
Read with pyarrow >= 12.0; older fastparquet builds may misinterpret
Decimal columns in some Gaia variable tables.
